The Black Rose Acoustic Society

For over 30 years, The Black Rose Acoustic Society has been the home of live, handmade acoustic music in the Pikes Peak Region. We host twice-monthly concerts, jams, and classes through the year. Nestled in the tall Colorado pines, the down-home atmosphere of our log-cabin concert hall provides a family-oriented setting unsurpassed in friendliness and congeniality.

Black Rose Concert Sponsership

The Black Rose strives to find concert talent that gives our audience the best value for their money. Occassionally we find an act that we just can’t pass up but need to pay them more than the normal rate. For these concerts, we seek people or businesses to help sponser the concert and make up the price difference so that we can maintain our very affordable ticket prices. In exchange, we will advertise the sponser and give them space at the concert and help promote their business. We usually have between 100 and 150 people at our concerts, and 2,000 recipents of our newsletter. So, this is a great way to have your business reach out to more potential clients while making a tax-deductible donation to a non-profit organization.

Here are the details of a Black Rose Concert Sponsership:

  • If you are interested in becoming a sponser, please fill out the email form at the bottom of this page.

  • The Black Rose will get back to you with a list of concerts eligible for sponsership and let you pick the concert you would like to sponser.

  • The sponser will pay the Black Rose $200 for the sponsership, due the night of the show by either check, credit card, or cash.

  • The Black Rose will announce the sponser on our website several weeks before the concert and in the newsletter that goes out the week of the concert.

  • Sponser will be provided a table in the corner of the hall where you can put up a banner or sign, interact with people from our audience, give out information about your organization, and display your wares on the table. People will be able to browse the sponser's table in the 45min. before the concert starting at 6:15 when the doors open, during the 10-15min. break at ~8:00, and immediately after the concert for about 10 minutes - we need to clean up and be out of the hall by 10:00.

  • The concert emcee will introduce you and point out your booth in the pre-concert announcements, and thank you at the end of the concert, directing people to your table before they leave.
