Countywyde is a high-energy bluegrass band from Colorado Springs that loves making music and sharing that fun with their audiences. Jimmy Marsh and Shannon Carr of “Grass It Up” fame started this ensemble to get in some extra picking time. They then added a bunch of different players from across the county, and the band COUNTYWYDE was born.

After a couple of years of playing around southeastern Colorado, the group has solidified into its current makeup: Jimmy Marsh (banjo master), Shannon Carr (guitar guru), Derek Grey (fiddle prodigy), Tracy Denson (bass backbone and vocal virtuoso), and Sebie Denson (mandolin medium). The entire group has a passion for bluegrass from its traditional roots to its wildest boundaries! High energy fun-for-all bluegrass entertainment not to be forgotten!

They may not be nationwide, or statewide... but in the county they got it going on! Join the fun with Jimmy, Shannon, Derek, Tracy and Sebie as they pick 'til they just can't pick no more. If you are a bluegrass fan, this show is a must-see!

Doors open at 6:15 p.m.; concert starts at 7 p.m. with two opening acts. $15 general admission, $8 members and students with ID; free for ages 12 and younger (Become a member before or at the show and $tart $aving right away!).
No advance ticket sales. Admission only at the door.
