Time: Saturdays 1:30 - 2:30 pm beginning Oct. 10th and ending Nov. 21st (no class on Nov. 7th)

Location: The downtown Meeker Music store, 624 N. Tejon St. Enter through front door and ask an employee where the classroom is (we use one of 2 depending on class size). Parking on Tejon is metered, but many side streets are not.

Description: Our fiddle class is designed for true beginners, but we also welcome those returning to the instrument after taking time away. Proper position and playing technique will be taught in a fun way. We will learn familiar folk tunes by ear, but reference guides will be provided. We will enjoy making music together by exploring simple chords, and you’ll also be introduced to playing back-up. This will be challenging but fun! Come join us!

Prequequsites: None, though previous experience on fiddle is a plus
