Refunds and Returns

Returns are easy, and we want you to be satisfied! The Black Rose Acoustic Society (BRAS) will notify you via e-mail of your refund status once we have received and processed your cancellation. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.

Music Lessons

Payment for Group Music Lessons will be refunded up to the date of registration deadline, since the teacher agrees to do the class based on the count of students. There will be no refunds after the classes start.

Membership Cancellation:

BRAS Memberships are valid for 12 calendar months from the date of purchase and can be cancelled at any time.  When cancellation notification is received within 30 days of purchase the full price will be refunded.  Cancellations received after 30 days will be pro-rated monthly at 1/12 the cost of membership per month.

Ticket Purchase Cancellation

BRAS will hold your concert tickets at the Will-Call desk until 15 minutes prior to the scheduled event start time.  Refunds will be made only up to this time. If you physically receive your tickets (e.g.., you purchased them in-person from an Open Stage event), it is extremely important that you keep them in a safe place.  If you order your ticket through the U.S. mail or online, please ensure that you allow enough time for us to process your order and have them ready at the Will Call desk at the time of the concert.

BRAS Events may be cancelled for a variety of reasons. You can check the status of events by calling our hotline at: 719-633-3660. If the event is cancelled, please contact us (tickets@blackroseacoustic.org) for information on receiving a refund or for further instructions.  If the event is rescheduled, we may set refund limitations.

Newsletter Advertising Cancellation

Newsletter Advertising can be cancelled for a full refund if we receive notification 5 business days prior to the scheduled run date.   Refunds cannot be given for ads that appear in the Newsletter.
