The Black Rose Acoustic Society (BRAS) offers several levels of membership:

  • Click here for an Individual Membership ($15/year), which provides the following benefits:

    • You'll pay $3 for admission to our Open Stage events, a 40% discount off the regular price.

    • You'll have borrowing privileges from our Lending Library.

    • You'll save $10 on Group Music Lessons.

    • You'll save $5 (generally) on special concerts.

    • You'll receive the essential Black Rose Acoustic Society Newsletter six times per year. 

    Since this is an individual membership, these savings apply only to you; you can't get the discount for anyone else.

  • Click here for a Family Membership ($25/year).  You get the same savings as an Individual member, but for your whole family.

  • Click here for a Donor Membership ($50/year).  All the Family member benefits apply, and you can get the discount on up to six member-priced special concert tickets. And you'll know you've significantly helped acoustic music in our region.

  • Click here for a Patron Membership level ($100/year).  All the Donor member benefits apply, and we might even send someone to wash your car as a way of expressing our thanks.

  • Click here for a Performer Membership ($35/year).  It's designed for local performers who would like to support BRAS events and boost their performing career at the same time. It is for any size act, from solos to bands, and will offer the following benefits:

  • Individual Black Rose Acoustic Society Membership privileges for each member of your group.

  • A Performer listing in the Black Rose Acoustic Society Newsletter and Web site for a full year in our Performer Members listing section.

  • You’ll also get up to 3 Mbytes of space on our Web site for your music performance related information (enough for your profile, photos, schedule and sound clips).

  • You may provide your previously designed Web pages to be placed on the Black Rose Acoustic Society Web site. Or, for a fee, those Web pages will be designed and maintained for you. This service includes ongoing maintenance of one change per month on any of the Web page content included in the original services.
