I Wonder if they’re having Black Rose tonight…

Have you looked out your window on a Friday evening lately and wondered if the Black Forest Open Stage or some special concert was still a go?  The folks that manage our recurring and special events certainly have.

The recent run of Real Winter has made us think about how we communicate cancellations to our loyal members.  Here are the basics for cancellations:

• We’ll decide to cancel at least 6 hours prior to doors open or the published start time.

• If we cancel, we’ll update the web page as soon as we can with a notice.

• In addition, we’ll change the recording on our answering machine – 633-3660.

But remember:  Weather is an intelligence test.  If you don’t feel safe driving, or aren’t sure you’ll get back,  Stay Home.
