Black Rose Non-Discrimination Policy

This policy states the Black Rose Acoustic Society's position on discrimination. This policy applies to all Black Rose Acoustic Society volunteers, members, clients, and contractors. Although the Black Rose Acoustic Society has no employees, this policy will apply to employees if the organization institutes employment positions in the future.

The Black Rose Acoustic Society follows an equal opportunity policy for its volunteers, members, clients, and contractors without regard to race, creed, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender expression, age, height, weight, disability status, veteran status, military obligations, and marital status.

This policy also applies to internal promotions, training, opportunities for advancement, terminations, outside vendors, members and customers, service clients, use of contractors and consultants, and dealings with the general public.
